For specialist talent
What does Ìtàn do for specialist talent?
Ìtàn represents independent specialist talent and develops commercial opportunities and enterprise assets around their authority, expertise and craft. Depending on the person, the work may include partnerships, products, education, experiences, media, speaking, intellectual property and services.
Who does Ìtàn represent?
We consider independent experts, makers and craftspeople, operators and founders with a clear personal mandate, and professional creatives. Fit depends on authority, ownership, commercial potential, serviceability and whether Ìtàn can create meaningful value.
Do I need a large audience?
No. Audience is one possible signal, but authority may also be demonstrated through recognised work, specialist credibility, results, peer recognition and a distinctive body of work. A large following does not automatically make someone a fit.
How does Ìtàn earn money?
The commercial model is agreed for each relationship. It may include commission, fees or other agreed economics depending on the scope and structure of the work. The applicable terms are set out before representation or project work begins.
Would Ìtàn represent me exclusively?
Representation terms are agreed individually. Any exclusivity is defined by scope, territory, term and commercial category in the representation agreement. Ìtàn does not assume control of every part of a talent partner’s career.
Who owns intellectual property developed through the relationship?
Ownership and licensing are agreed for each project. The right structure depends on what is being built, who contributes existing assets, who funds development and how the result will be used. Ìtàn does not assume that every product or piece of intellectual property should have the same ownership structure.
Can Ìtàn guarantee partnerships or revenue?
No. We can develop, position, pitch and manage opportunities, but buyer decisions, market conditions and audience response cannot be guaranteed.
For brands and buyers
What can a brand build with Ìtàn talent?
Possible formats include campaigns, products, education, experiences, media, speaking, licensed intellectual property and specialist services. We recommend the format after understanding the buyer problem, audience and desired action.
How does Ìtàn select talent for a brief?
We consider the buyer objective, talent authority, creative and commercial fit, availability, relevant rights and material conflicts. Visibility alone is not enough. The specialist must have a credible reason to participate in the idea.
How are collaborations priced?
Pricing is developed for the specific brief and may reflect scope, preparation, deliverables, production, usage rights, licensing, exclusivity, distribution and the level of specialist involvement. We do not apply one public rate to every collaboration.
What rights can a brand obtain?
Rights depend on the agreement and may define media, territory, duration, editing, paid usage, licensing and exclusivity. Rights not granted remain with their existing owner. The required rights should be discussed before pricing and contracting.
How is performance measured?
Measurement follows the purpose of the collaboration. Relevant indicators may include qualified participation, attention, content use, leads, research response, product action, brand lift or another agreed outcome. The parties should define the measures before delivery.
